Cheryl's Personal Training...FABULOUS!
Even though I had known Cheryl and had attended her yoga classes for several years, I didn't realize that she also did personal training until Covid hit in 2020. I jumped at the chance to do personal training even though I hated it through 24 Hour Fitness. I had this notion in my head of what it was like based on that experience. Well I tell you Cheryl's training is absolutely nothing like that!
Cheryl has so much knowledge about the human body and can guide anybody through a good workout taylored just for them. I recently hurt my knee but she is able to adapt our workout around that and help me heal that knee injury.
She uses simple techniques that anybody can understand and no huge gym equipment is required. Many of the skills she teaches are transferable so you can do them in your home.
I can't recommend Cheryl enough, she has been a lifesaver to me and I know she can help anybody who has an interest in improving their physical strength and flexibility.

Cheryl is a fantastic trainer. Within 3 months of training with Cheryl, I was stronger and my endurance has increased markedly. Cheryl uses her extensive knowledge of physiology and the body’s mechanics to tailor every workout for my body, age (57), goals and physical limitations while ensuring I keep progressing. She motivates me to push myself and employs an endless array of exercises that keeps training interesting and fun each time. After 9 months, I am the most fit I have ever been! I can’t say enough good things about Cheryl and how superb she is.

Besides yoga, I also do personal training with Cheryl and she is equally great at that. I had a major surgery last fall and was nervous about getting back into weights and training after a 12 week leave of absence. She took it slow with me and was very sensitive to my fears and now has me stronger than ever!! Cheryl also is full of great ideas for at home exercises and things to make our bodies operate optimally!!

Cheryl was my trainer for a year and half. Her workouts were challenging and fun. She knows how to push you and encourage you.
